How it works
Simply add the items (size, color, quantity) to your cart. Don’t forget to include your text customizations and chosen ink colors in the order notes. You’ll receive an email within 24-48 hours with a mockup of your design for your approval. Once you approve, we’ll send it over to our production team to print and ship your order!

Production and Shipping
Your order will be produced within approx. 3-5 business days of approving your design. Shipping is approximately 2-5 business days. We suggest ordering at least 3-4 weeks prior to an event to be safe, as we cannot be held responsible for items that arrive past your event date. Delays in approving your design mockup may cause delay in receiving your products, so please watch out for an email from us.
Refunds/Exchanges
We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges as these are personalized items. If you have an issue with your order please reach out and we will make it right!
