You’ll receive a digital proof of your design typically within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Your order will be produced within approx. 3-5 business days of approving your design. Shipping times vary, but are typically within 1-7 days after production is complete. We suggest ordering at least 3-4 weeks prior to an event to be safe, as we cannot be held responsible for items that arrive past your event date. Delays in approving your design mockup may cause delay in receiving your products.

.: We will send a digital proof before production. Once approved, we cannot alter the design. Northern Wind Events is not liable for any misspellings after the design has been approved, so please review carefully. If we do not receive a response approving or giving feedback to the proof within 7 business days, we will send your design to print as per the customizations in your order.

.: We do not print anything that infringes on a trademark or copyright. Please reach out if you have any questions about this. 

.: Colors may differ slightly than the mock-up once printed, depending on the color itself and the apparel’s fabric color. Our mockups show, as close as possible, what the ink will look like printed.

.: It is HIGHLY recommended that you place the entirety of your order at once, as opposed to separate orders. This is because you may see slight variances in the finished product (color, placement, design size) if ordering separately because they will be done in separate print runs. We cannot reprint orders if they dont match exactly to a previous order.

.: Shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We usually need about 1-3 days to send a digital proof for approval. Typically production takes about 3-5 business days on average, while shipping times vary from 2-5 days based on your location.

.: Northern Wind Events will not be held responsible if your items arrive after your scheduled event date. We do not offer refunds if your items do not arrive in time so please be aware of avg production and shipping times and plan ahead. We strongly advise placing your order well in advance.

.: We collaborate with fulfillment partners across North America to manufacture your order. Please be aware that cancellations are generally not possible.
